CARROT MUGCAKE:
Ingredients:
• 1 egg
• 2 egg whites
• ¼ cup oats flour
• ¼ cup grated carrot
• 1 tbsp. almond milk
• 2 tbsp. stevia
• ¼ tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
• ½ tsp. vanilla
• ½ tsp. baking power
1. Combine and blend all ingredients
3. Spray some oil into a microwave mug
4. Pour mixture in mug and cook for 2 minutes.
5. When ready, top it with whipped cream or Greek yogurt.
